Founded in 2025 by Jessica Cephas, Integral Homecare was built from both passion and purpose. After spending more than 15 years working in the homecare field, Jessica witnessed firsthand the difference compassionate caregiving can make in the lives of individuals and families. She also saw the unfortunate reality that many clients were not receiving the level of care, attention, and dignity they truly deserved.

Too often, care was treated like a task instead of a calling. Jessica became discouraged by seeing caregivers perform only the bare minimum rather than caring for clients with patience, compassion, and genuine concern. She knew families deserved more than routine service; they deserved caregivers who would show up with integrity, empathy, professionalism, and heart.
